The room was immaculate! Even though the hotel looks non-descript and unassuming on the outside, the room was so clean. You could tell the bathrooms had actually been cleaned and scrubbed, the floor was smooth and spotless and so was the tub. The entire bathroom was spotless, which you don’t necessarily see in this price range or for this kind of star hotel. So it was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised. The sheets smelled great, the bed was so comfortable, we couldn’t get over how clean the room was for the price. The receptionist was also very sweet. it was super easy to check out -we just dropped our room keys in a basket and left.
Hotel was affordable. Since Jasper was unnecessarily expensive and still sold out Hinton would be next stop. Though 70 km from Jasper still Creswood is a good spot to stay. Saw mounntan goats on the way.
A very pleasant overnight stay. No complaints about the room, or the amenities. Staff at the desk on check-in and check-out thoroughly pleasant. A convenient place to stay for trips into or out of Jasper National Park.
Not quite the Crestwood of the "old days" but still clean & good value for the money. We were in town for a funeral and a room was available early for us which was nice to get ready for the service after a long drive.
Pleasantly surprised. Lobby and hallways look dated, but the rooms and beds are nicely updated in recent years. Clean.
We stayed here for a ball tournament and we were very happy with the price compared to others in Hinton. We knew it was an older building, but it was one of the cleanest places I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. They had a banquet room, that allowed the team to all sit and visit. The hallways were quiet and I never heard people while we were in our room.
Perfect for a quick stay! I stayed here for just one night and was really impressed. The room was surprisingly spacious and incredibly clean. A huge highlight for me was the washroom—it was spotless, modern, and had excellent lighting, which is always a big plus. It was exactly what I needed for a comfortable night. Highly recommend!
Rooms are very clean! For the price we were very happy- stayed twice and will stay again. Showers and bedding were all new and comfortable
